Radio Tower Kit – N

Radio towers have been part of the landscape since the establishment of commercial radio stations in the early 1900’s. Their original purpose, to transmit and receive radio signals, has been expanded over the years to include television, microwave and telephone transmissions. This photo-etched stainless steel kit is based on the square lattice design still used at hundreds of locations around the world. It can be built up to 115 N-Scale feet tall (approximately 9”) without the need for special tools or solder. It features dozens of cell panel, microwave drum and radio mast configurations, a detailed equipment shelter, a laser-cut 1″ x 1 1/2″ ‘concrete’ base and full-color illustrated instructions.
