The Ironton Ore Dock series of kits consists of Pier, End and Mid-Section kits. All of these laser-cut kits feature a prototypical ‘concrete’ support structure with a four-track ‘wooden’ deck which are further enhanced by an amazing amount of PHOTO-ETCHED DETAILS !!! The Mid-Section kit (#10064) is the building block of this series and extends the length of your dock from 8″ (100′) to infinity. This kit is complimented by the Pier Section kit (#10065) which terminates the ore dock at the lake end while also providing a crew shelter, water pumping station and photo-etched stairway to the ground below. At the other end of the dock, the End Section kit (#10066) provides access to the associated rail yard using the Land Bridge 4-Pak kit (#10067). This Land Bridge kit provides four(4) sets of 4 inch long lattice truss bridges and ‘concrete’ abutments to connect the land end of your ore dock to the shore and associated rail yard. These bridges are designed to align with the mounting brackets and four(4) deck tracks on the End Section kit (#10066). These bridges are compatible with our expandable Sherwood Bridge kits (#10055 & #10056) which will allow for longer distances between your ore dock and the shore.
