The Shue Cement Company represents a composite of several industrial buildings located across the United States. It combines the structural elements of modern aggregate plants with the typical construction practices from early in the last century. Though “cement” was used in the title of this kit, the completed model can easily be used as a processing plant for lime, clay, gravel and sand. This kit can also be built as a backdrop or low-relief model (see diagrams). The assembly steps that apply to this version of the model are labeled as such in these instructions.
